Lyle FM Series Thermoformer
FM series thermoformers provide high output and high tonnage with powerful and precise servo drives whose rotary action creates more power than conventional straight-action hydraulic and pneumatic systems. This advanced thermoformer is controlled through the Lyle Informer Series Process Control System providing machine and motion control as well as precise and consistent repeatability.
Lyle FMT Series Thermoformer
The FMT Series former offers the same high quality, high output, high tonnage of our FM Series former coupled with in-line trim and stacking – all in one frame. The form and trim station offer the highest holding force in the industry with a minimum of deflection and wear. This advanced thermoformer is controlled via the Lyle Informer computer, providing machine and motion control as well as precise and consistent repeatability.
Lyle F Series Thermoformers
F Series thermoformers, which utilize reliable pneumatic platen drives, offer efficiency and high speed as well as reliable and economical operation for the plastic packaging and container industries. The F Series can be fed directly from an extruder or can use rolled plastic material, with various sheet width capacities. Formed webs are trimmed off-line in a horizontal or vertical trim press.
Lyle FT Series Thermoformers
The FT Series – featuring reliable pneumatic platen drives – is a complete, reliable thermoforming and trimming system, incorporating a roll unwind station, oven, form station, steel rule die trim station, parts tray, and scrap winder. It's an ideal choice for the custom thermoformer.
Lyle RFMT Custom Series Former
The RFMT Custom servo thermoformer provides form, trim and stack operations in an economical machine design that features quick-change tooling. Speed and flexibility are built into the new RFMT Custom servo thermoformer. Standard mold size is 32" x 36". The available quick-change tool package helps speed set-up. And the oversized round guideposts and rigid tubular indexing rails help ensure accuracy and repeatable results.
Lyle 200 Series Thermoformers
High-output 200 Series thermoformers feature dual forming stations for use with CPET and other commonly processed plastic materials. Heavy duty servo-driven dual forming stations ensure precise, well-defined parts from difficult-to-form materials.
Lyle P2 Horizontal Trim Press
The Lyle P2 Series horizontal trim press features a double-flywheel drive system and represents many years of experience in design and construction. The P2 can stand alone to be positioned with any product line or can be programmed with the Lyle Informer computer control.

The Lyle PV series vertical trim press is the proven solution to your matched metal trimming needs. With the popularity of PET and other difficult to trim materials, Lyle PV Series trim presses make it possible to maintain tight tolerance control between matched metal punches and dies. This advanced press is controlled by the Lyle Informer series computer interface is a PC-based system to provide machine and motion control as well as precise and consistent repeatability.
Lyle Bottle Trimmers
Lyle bottle trimmers feature rugged construction that results in long life and maintenance-free service. Trim speeds to well over 240 blow-molded bottles per minute are possible. Various models are capable of handling from 1 to 8 bottles at a time. Full computer control is available and can be networked to run in-line with blow-molding machinery to provide an integrated system.
Lyle Preheat Ovens
Lyle vertical preheat ovens allow greater heat penetration to the sheet core, resulting in uniform sheet temperature and increased cycle rates. A Lyle preheat oven can be added to any manufacturer’s thermoforming line.
